BCN 60 Minutes segment
On NOV 27, 2022, 60 minutes released an episode that covered the African American cemeteries, in Clearwater, FL, that have been erased and paved over for various redevelopment projects. The Black cemeteries were supposed to be relocated but many graves were never relocated. During this segment, the founder and director of the Black Cemetery Network (BCN), Dr. Antoinette Jackson, was interviewed by Scott Pelley to discuss the BCN and the prevalence of erased Black cemeteries across America.
